Policy Bazaar — Car insurance of MH01PA6830 not updated on mparivahan

I have purchased car insurance policy from policy Bazzar on 21 Jan 22. But till date it is not get reflected on M Parivan portal.
I have to pay green tax for my car MH01PA6830 since 15 years are elapsed. But due to non availability of insurance policy online on Mparivahan, RTO doesn't go ahead. So I couldn't using my car since last 3 months. I am using other hectic travel options. This really a harassment from policybazaar and for this I want compensation of my losses occurred.
