I had purchased private car insurance policy o[censored]nited india insurance co ltd fom policy bazar online on dt 2/9/17, bearing policy no[protected], i met with accident in nagpur on 3/2/18 i claimed for insurance at nagpur but i came know that i did mistake by purchase policy online because it is settled in gurgaon only. First i have to pay all amount to workshop n then company will reimburse me that amount within one month. Everybody from workshop to insurance office suggested me not to purchase such policy from online to avoid such delay, it is very embarrassing situation for customers and demotivated to purchase online policy.
