Policy Bazaar — car insurance/ payment was successful but policybazaar is denying the payment | |||
Hi team, Car details : honda city diesel Diesel Pb12 y 3689 Payment was made on 9/9/2017 at 16:36: Please find below the email which i have sent to policybazaar.com I hope this is the last time i am explaining this in detail and get the issue at hand addressed. Attached are the payment details, which includes the transaction id as well. I have already sent these 6 times and do not wish to keep going like this. I have paid for your services and i am getting nothing but stress back. I have been promised a call back and have received none. I have all the bank detailed attached that i have made the payment. So, please check this at your end and have a call back arranged. If that is not done, i shall be forced to approach the consumer redresal court for these proceedings. And the amount of money involved is for sure big enough for me to engage in that. Please go through the attached emails and details and get back to me at the earliest. I do not expect such a behaviour from a company like yours. Kindly be informed that i have spoken to naveen on saturday and amit chauhan today and they promised that i will get the call back, which never came. My car is not insured at the moment and i will held "policybazaar" responsible, if anything happens. I have already spoken to the my bank and they have confirmed that the payment was successful. Please find below the measage from sbi: "thank you for using state bank internet banking.
