First of all feedback - it seems that your live chat associates have some type of tat to move or resolve the chat in certain time.in between the chats they moved out of chat and hand it over to some one else. The new associate will again read the content and again ask for details, waste some time and then moved out of chat and hand over to some one else. There has to be "immediate chat feedback button" in live chat window. Now the problem i am facing is, i have renew my also k10 policy from policy bazaar and received the policy in my mail id as well. However today when i again login to policy bazaar site, it is showing my alto k10 policy as expired... Can you please let me know the status. Policy no.
