[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Car insurance policy details are not delivered | |
I purchased a Personal Accidental cover and Car Insurance policy online on June 22, 2021. I had received the PA policy details, and still did not get my car insurance policy details. I am frustrated with calling customer service many times and raising concerns in the portal also, everything gone to waste and no solution for the past 26 days. Please take action on this issue, and they should compensate this after purchasing a policy could not use it for almost month. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 6, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Car insurance policy details got delivered, but no proper reason explained for he delay. Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
