I got car insurance for my car on 08-Jan-2025 at Policybazaar.
Also, when I took insurance, my previous NCB was 0% and my current NCB should be 20% only. When I got the proposal it was mentioned the same only, but after receiving the policy the NCB is mentioned as 50%. Can you please check and update the same to correct the NCB?
I have submitted the above complaint on Jan 09th, 2025. I received an update on 24th Jan saying need to pay the extra amount to change the NCB to 20%.
I spoke to customer care and mentioned as per the proposal submitted and the amount I received it was for the 20% NCB only, now as the mistake is from the PolicyBazaar side or Bajaj Allianz insurance side I could not bear the additional charges.
They asked me to send an email on the same which the customer care team asked me to resolve the issue.
They are not responding to emails or resolving after sending the email.
Now it's more than one and a half months, If I am asking they are asking me to pay the difference amount(Rs. 933.00) to get the updated insurance.
They are not agreeing it's a mistake from their side and simply telling its a technical glitch so I need to pay the extra amount.
Please refund the amount or correct the insurance policy as the policy is not valid without the correct NCB.
Also, the payment link whatever they are sending also not working!
I have been taking the policy from policy bazaar for over 8 years and this is the first time I have faced this improper customer support.
