Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day!!
I would like to bring to your notice that POLICY BAZAAR has cheated me and not responded to my issues nor resolved my issue for about a month. I kept following up thru mail as well as by making calls on customer care numbers. They just ignore not responding and disconnecting calls.
Sir, I was having a car insurance Certificate of Insurance and Policy No.
VPB[protected] of IDV of Rs. 2, 44, 260/- which was supposed to expired on 22th June 2021.
I was finding the lowest premium with higher IDV on the policy bazaar website. While searching I received a call from one of the POLICY BAZAAR representatives Mr Lalit Mohan (PW05992) with ref no:[protected]. He called me and said I am going to help you with a minimum premium and higher IDV about 2, 55, 000. I said ok what to do? He said I am sending you a payment link you pay using this link and will get the policy accordingly.
I did the same by paying thru the given final payment link by ref no:[protected].
On payment I received the insurance policy of less than my current IDV as well as what he mentioned while payment.
I immediately keep trying him on CHAT as well as on a given toll free number but he aloof from there.
Since I felt I have been cheated I immediately sent mail and keep calling resulting in nothing till date.
I am enclosing all such follow up mails as well as the payment link which he has asked me to pay.
Policy Bazaar is cheating people by promising various options which I have also noticed while searching thru google.
I therefore, request you to kindly look into my matter and take appropriate action to reissue policy with committed IDV.
With Regards,
Nikhil Anant
