Policy Bazaar — complaint against not receiving car insurance after 6 day

I have booked a policy with you 6 days back but daily you are giving me false commitments that you will issue it within 24 hrs but all your commitments are fake. I will ask you straight and direct question will you issue me the policy, refund me the ammount immediately or else i will take legal course and action, complaint to ministers of finance to cancel your licence and take criminal action by giving a police complaint on you for duping the people...
