I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my car insurance claim by your company.
My car was involved in an accident on December'23, and I promptly filed a claim with Policy Bazaar. However, to my dismay, the claim was rejected on the grounds of NCB and I was asked to pay the full amount to the garage. I complied with this request and submitted all required documents to Policy Bazaar on 04th January 2024.
Since then, I have been met with nothing but delays and excuses. I was informed that I needed to pay a penalty for the NCB, which I promptly paid. It has now been over 3 months since I submitted my documents, and my claim is still pending.
I have tried to communicate with representative of Oriental Insurance multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered or rudely disconnected. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.
I expect my refund, along with interest for the delay, to be processed without any further delays.
Also i would like to request to all my friends to not to buy any insurance through policy bazar and oriental insurance. Was this information helpful? |
