I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional handling of my joining and training process after my college placement in Policy Bazaar.
As per the initial instructions from your HR team, I was required to attend training in Gurgaon. At that time, I was associated with another company as a POSP, and I was clearly told that I must first cancel my POSP ID before joining Policy Bazaar. Following this instruction, I cancelled my POSP ID with the other company to be eligible for your training.
However, after that, I have been repeatedly told “next week you will join” without any confirmed date or proper communication. Once, even my ticket was issued, but later the HR informed me that the ticket was not mine and I should come next week instead. Unfortunately, in that “next week” as well, there was no response or confirmation from your side.
This lack of clarity, repeated delays, and absence of transparent communication have caused me significant mental stress, wasted my time, and also led to the loss of my previous work opportunity.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously, provide a clear explanation for the delay, and give me a confirmed date of joining/training without further confusion. Was this information helpful? |
