For one particular policy, despite my repeated requests to delay the process, the policybazaar team hurriedly initiated my payment to achieve their sales goals. I have bought comprehensive car policy by Jan 2025 and claimed car insurance for the year 2025.

However from initial stage of claim approval policy bazzar asked previous year insurance policy of comprehensive I.e 2024 and I have intimated them that I have only third party insurance for previous year not for own damage.

After completion of my vehicle repair DL 7CR 9633 now policy bazzar is refused to make payment...

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this insurance advisor. While he was prompt and responsive before the payment, his attitude changed entirely once the payment was made.

After that point, he has been completely unresponsive to calls and messages, and has not provided any of the support or follow-up assistance that was expected. This is not just frustrating — it’s a clear failure in basic customer...

I raised concern to add baby in my health insurance bought by policy bazaar. After submission of proposal form they directly asked money to pay without any quotation/cost break up. I follow up for 2 weeks but didn’t received any response. In frustration I agree to do payment they immediately sent a payment link to my mail account. And for that I call 10 times in a row before they don’t care about my issue. After payment they again asking...

I visited the Policy Bazar website a few days ago to look at some health insurance options.

Since then i have been harassed on call by Maninder singh [protected] from telemarketers from Policy Bazaar, calling everyday to force me to buy a policy. This conduct is abhorrent and might add, in violation of TRAI guidelines.

It looks like Maninder singh has a habit of speaking nonsense and providing wrong information...

I installed policy bazar application to check some information. I never agreed for any calls from anyone from policy bazar, after which I kept on receiving repeated calls from different landline numbers sometimes 3-4 times a day. I am not able to block these numbers because all of them are different numbers. I want to make a complaint about these repeated unnecessary calls I am receiving several times in a day. I have made a payment to renew the 02-wheeler insurance policy of Vehicle No MH-31-DU-5788 but still policy new renew and even though after made a payment, I am getting continuously reminder from your side for further payment.

Same I checked in my savings account statement but it clearly showed payment was made to the policy bazaar but it did not fail.

Required evidence and mail already shared with policy Bazaar...

I have booked a health policy for Star health insurance thru policy bazaar (proposal ID[protected], it is a case of porting the existing policy. On 20th Jan-24, I have paid the full amount as the policy bazaar agent (Amit Trivedi) advised me.

I am being harassed by Policy bazar, which is using its agents to continuously call people and asking them to answer their calls even when explain them that I am not interested.

They have been calling me continuously and harassing me.

I have renewed my 2 wheeler insurance (TN12-T-1584) on 14th July 2023.
On suceesful payment for policy renewal I got the old policy delivered IPO the new renewed policy with one Year extended validity.
The same was communicated over phone as well as through email.
No update received received yet where I need that renewed policy immediately as the old policy validity is expired.
Over a period there are more calls...

I am getting constant calls from Policy Bazar regarding their schemes and all. I have not bought any policy but still getting constant calls. I am getting 7-10 calls since last 4-5 days continuously. I already informed the agents not to call me again as i am not interested, but still they are HARRASING me with their calls. I have already emailed policy bazaar regarding it.

Kindly inform policy bazaar to delete my account permanently...
