Policy Bazaar — deduction of money without providing policy certificates | |
I tried renewing my 2 wheeler insurance policy in policybazaar, it took me till the final page. After entering my details and otp, the anount was deducted, but i haven’t recieved my policy yet. After the deduction, the final page was taking more than 15 mins to load. After a long time it just displayed and error message. When i refreshed, it took me back to the payment page. 2268 rupees was deducted from my account. Was this information helpful? | |

I purchase mediclaim policy through policy bazar before four months and paid amount to policy bazar this amount is excess but policy bazar not refund different amount and wrong insurance policy punch.
