Policy Bazaar — Delay and Non-Responsiveness in insurance Claim - Scooter RJ23BD0365

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind notice the poor response and delay from your company’s surveyor, Mr. Akshay Bhatra, who is not even responding to my phone calls.
My Hero Vida scooter (Registration No. RJ23BD0365) has been lying at Hero Authorized Dealer, Surya Motors, Jaipur, for the last one month. The accident occurred on 22/12/2025 when I had gone from my home to my farm, which is located on Bhudoli Road near the Gaushala, approximately 2 kilometers from my residence.
I parked my scooter outside the farm and started working inside. Around 1:00 PM, two nilgai (blue bulls) jumped over the boundary of the upper-side farm and landed directly on my scooter, due to which the scooter fell on the road and got damaged.
I submitted my scooter to the dealer on 24th December 2025, but till date I have not received my vehicle. Through a known person, I spoke to the surveyor, after which only the meter claim was approved. However, there are other damaged parts on the scooter (only on the front side), photographs of which I am sharing with you.
It appears that claims are being processed only through personal contacts. I have tried calling Mr. Akshay Bhatra several times, but he has not responded to a single call.
If such service continues, it will seriously affect our trust in HDFC ERGO Insurance. I sincerely request you to please look into this matter and ensure that the claim for all front-side damaged parts of my scooter is approved at the earliest.
I shall be highly obliged for your prompt assistance.
