Policy Bazaar — DELAY in Policy | |
Hi, Myself KAMLESH K My Health Insurance Policy number is : [protected], for which renewal was on 7thJune 2021 and i had made payment on 4th June 2021 as suggested by advisor, but today is 12 June 2021and still policy not received. After i transferred payment on policy bazar team disappeared. when ever i call Policy Bazar Customer care they just keep Apologizing for the delay and softly reply that we will arrange a call back and never the response is received ..i have no word what kind of system they follow for customer support. Also i list down policy bazar team to whom all i had contacted : 1. Policy renewal was initiated by : Deepika Shukla (PW19515). 2. Customer care i contacted for delay : Kanchan Tyagi (BPW24680), Bhagyoday (BPW25738), Mohini Yadav (BPW23878) I 'm just expecting after this review, i receive my policy at the earliest. Thank you.
