[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — delay in refund | |||
I signed up for an online health insurance policy on 2nd april 2018. After making the payment, they send me an email about the next steps which included medical examination. Since i am outside india and not available for medical examination, i lodged a cancellation request and request for refund on the very same day. Their customer care ignores my refund request (Which i lodged couple of times through their website) and instead sends me a reminder email for medical examination every day. For 12032 im paying for 16400 INR, which is not in the policy . Kindly refund the deducted amount and Make sure this is not happening in future months
