Policy Bazaar — digital signature not valid issue in 4 wheeler policy document | |||
I have purchased my car comprehensive insurance policy on 6th august 2019and i have received my policy document on 8th august with invalid digital signature from dhfl general insurance. I have reached pb customer care for almost 7-8 times, everybody says some steps and ask me to follow or wait. I have asked one of the customer care executive to validate the digital signature in the policy document themselves first and found they are also facing the same problem. I am raising this complaint here to fix the problem urgently and allow me to use the policy document to ride my car. Thanks, Govardhan Was this information helpful? | |||
