Policy Bazaar — Escalation: Delay in Maturity Payment & Service Concerns

Dear Policy Bazaar Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the delay in receiving my maturity amount for my Bajaj Allianz policy, which matured in October 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received the payment.

I have been a loyal customer with more than five policies through your platform and have always made payments regularly and on time. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I have already submitted all the required documents multiple times, yet they continue to be rejected without clear justification. Please note that I am requesting my own matured funds, not any loan or credit facility.

All my payments were made through my NRE account or UAE credit card, and the amount could have been transferred to my existing account. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to open an NRO account, which was inconvenient given that I am currently working in the UAE. Nevertheless, I complied and opened the account as advised.

I was then informed that the payment would be processed within 7 working days, but it has now been more than 15 days, and no action has been taken.

This reflects a lack of coordination between Policy Bazaar and Bajaj Allianz, and the overall service experience has been highly unprofessional. Your team initially insisted on account opening, but there has been no proper support or follow-up afterward.

Given this situation, I am now considering withdrawing all my policies. Kindly guide me on the procedure for policy withdrawal, as I may choose to move to a provider offering better service and support.

I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that my maturity amount is credited without further delay.
