Policy Bazaar — four wheeler loan

I had a car policy o[censored]nited india insurance (Purchased from policy bazzar). I got accident today and visited phase 9 mohali branch and meet mr sanjiv bansal senior divisional manager. They said they do not entertain me because i buy policy via online can you please tell me if you don't entertain online clients why are you providing those type of portal services. Please reply me soon so that i will submit my car for repair on 24 oct 2017.

After waiting approx 40 days when i didn't receive my bill which i was paid i, e 11775 rupee i sent a mail to mr s p asthana he is a higher post in united india insurance on 30 nov 2017 please check the mail below:

Hello shri s p asthana,

I am still waiting for my claim i already paid the bill of 11756 rupee in autopace chandigarh on 11 nov 2017. I called so many times to the surveyor mr mohit sharma [protected] they said sir i submit your report you will receive your payment in this week but its almost 20 days past. Today i received a call from mr mohit from this number ([protected]) they said for 2000 rupee as his surveyor fee can you please tell me what is that and they also told me if i am not give the 2000 rupee to him i will not receive any payment. Is i buy your policy for this kind of things.

@shri s p asthana sir can you describe me is that is your service for customers.

On 4 dec 2017 i called policy bazaar customer care number had words with customer care executive mr mohit emp id cw06451 he said please send a mail to [protected]@policybazaar.com regarding this. But i not even received any reply from any of one once again i called to policy bazaar they said wait we will reply to you... But today its 12 dec 2017.
Policy bazaar give me wrong commitment please take a strike action against them. I buy a policy for my care for convince not for harassment.
