Dear PolicyBazar,
This is Amiya Debnath, residence at Dharmanagar, North Tripura-799250.
Regarding my parent's health policy, I had logged interest through policybazaar. I got a call from Mr Amaan Ali, Emp No-PW51645.
During discussion he suggested me to take policy from Manipal Cigna in my mentioned pin code. During filling of proposal form, my pin code was not showing in correct state and I asked him very clearly for re checking. He clearly assured me that after making payments he will make change and it will not create any discrepancy in future.
Accordingly I made payment and even he convert it into easy instalment. On that very same day I got a call from policybazzar that in my mentioned PIN code policy will be not issued.
On my credit card, monthly easy EMI is now pending even though Processing fees will be charged.
Many time I called policy bazar and discuss the matter with team but no fruitfull result.
This is a clearcut fraud by Mr Amaan Ali.
If any processing fees or any kind of money deduct then it should be bourn by policy bazar or directly by fraud agent.
Waiting for your response, neither I will be bound to make a fraud case against Mr Amaan Ali/ policy bazar at civil court.
