Maxlife online policy taken through Policy bazar however when I approached them for freelook cancellation there is no support from them. Policy bazar helping only for purchase of policy through them however when their customer had an issue they totally ignoring which is not correct. They should help their customer for purchasing a policy as well as to cancel the policy which has taken through them.
Seeking immediate action to solve the issue. Made complaint to Maxlife but due to their very worst customer service, nothing has happened to my complaint raised on 22-07-21 till today.
