Policy Bazaar — given false information to take the policy | |
I was interested to get the hdfc life - c2p 3d plus policy and choose policy bazaar (Biggest mistake in my life). They said go with monthly premium because if medical not clear you wont get money back easily. Once all done will convert to annual premium. Done the same once medical clear no one calling or replaying or responding me. I asked fore than 5-6 times for premium changes. But still i have not received any reply from policy bazaar. Now i came to know not possible to change. Such a fraud commitment given by customer executive to sale the policy. Always better to buy the policy from actual company instead of fraud company policy bazaar. Was this information helpful? | |

I have paid rs.13400/- on 03/11/2019 for term insurance through ur portal vide app no[protected] hdfc life click . The policy got rejected but i have not received. my refund till now.
