Policy Bazaar — hdfc life application no.[protected]

I had made the entire payment for hdfc term insurance policy on their website on 2nd august and haven't received any confirmation from them yet. Whenever i contact them all they say is that it's under process. I was informed that it would take 2-4 working days but now its already more than 13 days. I have no idea where it is stuck. Would request your help in this.

Hi, kindly inform the customer the if policyholder has any unresolved concern kindly inform policyholder to write us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from registered Id to have the same addressed.
