Mr.Prashant verma PW00661, Mr. Rahul Kumar, Mr. Ashok Kumar and Mr. Sanjay Gangola along with customer care no.[protected] Premium amount of Rs.14771.0 was paid seperately for myself and my wife online dt. 7.3.2016 and the required documents was sent by courier & email on next day to Mr. Ashok Kumar, crt policy bazaar, Gurgaon.
