[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — health policy | |||
2yrs max bupa health insurance sold to me by policy bazaar, payment was to be paid in 1yr stating no cost emi and was charged 12 percent interest. Contacted max bupa multiple times and was informed my complaint is registered and they would get back to me. Now i keep getting mails from max bupa stating they tried to reach me and could not. This is a lie. If they wanted to give me a resolution they could have informed me what action they have taken instead of the lies that the could not reach me. Was this information helpful? | |||
