Policy Bazaar — I am complaining about policybazaar service. | |||
Firstly i was missguided by policybazzar execative regarding icici group term plan. His name is suraj. I was told that. Their will be no document required for group term insurance. I booked it and make payment for it. Afer booking i got mail for documention and medical. I raised cancation of above policy on 10-jun-2019. From that they i am continuesly taking follow up regarding my cancalation status and refund. But i am getting only one answer each any every time that "we have forworded your request to concer department" and dont get any new update. I am geeting irritated now. Its allready more than 15 day still these people giving same ans. I contact to icici afer not geting any update from policybazzar. But, icici dont have any details of policy application no and registerd mobile no. Neighter they are aware of my policy and its policy cancalation request. I cant contact icici now as tehy dont have details and policybazaar saying me same thing from last 20 days. If my didnt got my refund soon i will definelty approch to irda.
