Policy Bazaar — I have purchased a health insuranc efor 2 years but it is not showing on my portal

I have purchased a 2 year health insurance from Policy Bazar on 20th November 2025, amount paid is 12888, but due to some glitch phone number mentioned in policy was incorrect I got a call from policy bazar to revoke the policy and get a new policy, after few days yesterday I got a call to do not revoke we will make changes which are required to you like remove a rider of PED and change of contact number, I accept and reply on email to change my number and and revoke un-necessary rider and get refund of that rider, but as of now I cannot see my policy on my policy portal, I did not even get policy number, just I had one reference number on my email which is[protected], kindly get my issue resolved.
