Policy Bazaar — I paid my policy amount but amount deducted policy not received

I am vishal i renewal my bike policy on 8/6/21 6:35pm through google pay i paid amount of 887rs of Insurence renewal amount but amount was deducted by my account but failed by policy bazar website not yet recived payment successful message or email paperless copy also
So kindly suggest me and Help from this reference id[protected]
