[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Issuance of Double Policy for the same Vehicle - Proposal Number PB13PG0025142 , PB13PG0025147 | |||
I am extremely disappointed by policybazaar after being it's customer for many years.While buying the car insurance online through their website the payment confirmation page was not shown and gave me a error message so I felt that the policy must not have been bought so i had to redo the transaction leading to double payment. I immediately called your agent and also wrote an email to [protected]@policybazaar.com as mentioned to me by the agent while the policy was showing under approval process.Still two policies were issued for the same car from the same insurance company which in itself should not be possible as per Indian Motor policy regulation. Please refund the money for one policy as easily as it was deducted from me else I have to take this issue to various complaint forums and social media sites.I paid online why do I need to send a cheque for the refund please credit it back to my account from where it was paid. Yesterday I recieved 2 policies from the same Bajaj Insurance company for the same vehicle not sure how it's possible as companies should have internal mechanism to avoid issuance of double insurance for the same vehicle.
