[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — misbehave from your customer service | |||
With respect to your ad received yesterday for medical plan of star health insurance, i started receiving calls from customer service. Today morning i was busy in my official work, i got a call from +91 [protected] for asking for policy again. I politely replied to him saying that i dont want anything now, please dont call again and again. That person again called for twice. Being a factory manager, morning time is very crucial for me. So i dont want such calls. Within a minute that person sent me a message in very abusing language. Is this the way your team dealing with customers?
