[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — miss seeing in term insurance | |||
I have paid initial premium on 25th january 2019 and medical happened on 30th january. But still not received policy. After long time came to know my policy not issue due to incomplete application form. Which was not explained by the executive. Now i am asking the resolution since last 20 days and everyone is saying will check and update and will send it to concern department. It became just like govt office. Need the policy at same price what was explained. Else will do take legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved No resolution given by policy bazar...They have refunded my money without valid reason.i need policy as promised by policy bazar.if there is a problem my side I should be punished but if it's mis selling and now not issuing policy it should be penalty on policy bazaar Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
