[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — money not refunded when policy cancelled | |||||
Hello sir! I booked kotak health insurance policy on 19th september 17 through policy bazar. I paid by netbanking to policy bazar. Next week i got a message from policy bazar that kotak is not issuing insurance to me due to my health condition. They said my amount will be refund in same account from which i paid. But after so my call and complaint in policy bazar, my amount not refunded yet.in every call they said it will take 4-5 working days. Now after two month there is no hope. They are not updating any reason for which amount not receiving. My application id is 51696575 and my registered mobile number with policy bazar is [protected]. So i request you please help me! The reason is I got a msg saying I might have to pay more as NCB was entered as 20%
The same issue happened 2 years back and my policy tenure was reduced by a few days
I did not want to go thru the same problem and so cancelled and went ahead with a service provider
By then my old policy had not expired
I was told by the Policy bazaar Customer support person that I will get full refund
ON Sep 7th 2020, I got a SMS saying my refund will be processed in 15 days.
Today is NOv 10th. Still I have not got it

Would like to get my refund of Rs 5265 ASAP
