Policy Bazaar — money not returned and no communication | |||
I approached policy bazaar for health insurance. Initially everything was fine and money was taken for a royal sundaram policy. (Paid through credit card). Within a week a call from policy bazaar says that we are supposed to go for a medical check up. I asked them why didnt you tell this before? I would have paid after the test clearance. We left it and went ahead with the medical tests. Now the company is offering the policy but we are not happy with the terms so we do not wish to take the policy. Today when i tried to send a mail to policy bazaar regarding the same. All the my mails bounced back. I spoke to an executive named ankit who promised me a call back from the royal sundaram team before 7. No one has called. I want my money back. I dont want the policy. It has been a tough 1 month for us going to and fro. Dont you guys know about medical tests to be conducted? Why werent we informed before? Why are my mails bouncing back?
