Policy Bazaar — muskham agent

Policy bazaar is harassing and their agent muskaan spoke in such a rude abusive way. She should be fired immediately as a customer service agent you should know how to interact. It is the worst experience i have had. I myself am a relationship manager and we have to be patient, just because i couldn't take out time she started yelling on call. They need to learn some etiquettes.
