Policy Bazaar — No refund after cancellation of policy no[protected]

Dear Madam/Sir,

This is to inform you that, I have taken a policy from policy bazaar - Max Smart Total Elite Protection Term plan( policy nmbr[protected] and the email the agent/advisor entered was wrong and I didn't received my policy details over email. Also due to some terms issue, I cancelled the policy and requested for refund over the phone and through mobile application. But they didn't accept and no refund has issued.

I need to file a complaint against their action as they given a policy over phone call but not accepting the cancellation of policy over phone call and through application..

Adding to it, I requested for the email id change and the cancellation of this policy using the registered email id of policy bazaar account. All the email conversation is attached for your references.

Please consider my email and do the needful at the earliest.
