Policy Bazaar — no refund after the cancellation request of policy | |||
I have taken a policy (Bajaj goal assure) through policy bazar on march 13th and the same day i have decided not to continue with the policy. As per mr. Pulkit (Mob: +91 [protected]) customer care representative - policy bazar) we can cancel the policy within 30 days of time and amount will be refunded within 10 working days. After sending the request email for cancellation and refund nothing happened till date. They just informed me officially through email they are still waiting for the cancellation from the policy provider. Its been 3 weeks after cancellation no intention from the policy bazar to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
