I purchased a Two wheeler policy from policy bazar on 2/06/2021 and paid through upi phonepe, but payment status on policy bazaar shows me failed and my money of 1491₹ is debited from my account and Phonepe customer says money is successful received. And after calling customer care of policy bazaar they said to contact service department and on service department can't speak to representative, and also raise issue on portal but they don't answer ans even on email they don't answer now I'm messed up what to do
