Policy Bazaar — payment deducted but policy not received | |||||
I have booked policy from your website on 24th Oct 2017 for my Maruti Swift car (DL8CAM7878) from TATA AIG. Amount (Rs.11802)has been deducted but I have not received the policy document. I have called customer care so many times, and every time they have done wrong commitment. I have already emailed the screenshots of payment transaction but still issue is unresolved. And poor policy bazaar team sending me my old policy again and again. They are not even able to understand that I have renewed it and paid the amount for new policy for the period of Oct 2017-18. They promise to arrange call back aur mail confirmation but nothing happened. They are a cheater website. Please don't do insurance from policy bazaar. They will eat your hard earned money. I renewed my two wheeler policy on 15th Oct 2017. But still I haven't received my soft copy also, now the day is 24th Oct 2017. I logged so any complaints but not respond.
