Dear Sir,
I Nilambar Bhadra would like to state that I have made an UPI payment on 15th of December 2021 of Rs 8832/-. to policy bazar.Later, I had cancelled the product and the payment was successfully transferred from the merchandise side on 18th December 2021 both Acquirer Reference Number[protected] and Reference I'd[protected] are mentioned.
Now when I contact my bank branch they told me that amount not refunded as there was no text message confirmation which they count as funded not done fully i.e they just initiated not transferred. but as per policy team they transferred.
Now it's been a long time and I am worried about my payment.
Please help me
