My policy number - term plan[protected]
This is with respect to my bhartiaxa term policy purchased via policy bazar in may'17 by paying two months premium in advance.
Policy was issued on 10th july'17 with adjustment of only 1 month premium rather than 2 with a next due date of 10th aug'17.
Then 2 deductions of 1411 each were made from my credit card on 9th aug'17 by ecs and one was refunded on 20th aug'17 with no intimation to me at all of any sort from pb side.
Now i have rec'd notification from bhartiaxa that my aug'17 payment is still not paid to them and it is overdue.
I called up their customer care and had to speak to 4 different people since they disconnected my call after few minutes when they got to know of my concern. One of them was shakti samar vishwas, emp id - dw04081 who convinced me by saying they will call me back after few minutes but they did not.
I believe policy bazar is doing fraud with its customers because :
They charged two months' premium but have not refunded extra 1 month premium even after 3 months
Their ecs system is malfunctioning since it charged 2 months premium rather than one.
They hung up my call when raise this concern with their customer care centre.
Request to look into my concern and get the extra premium paid back and fix the ecs for monthly auto debit.

I do not understand one more thing that if I have the term plan with BhartiAXA how and why is Policy Bazaar charging premiums from my credit card on behalf of BhartiAXA.
Policy Bazaar must discontinue charging me on behalf of BhartiAXA. I believe there is no role of PolicyBazaar in my policy as soon as they refund or adjust my premium amounts which has been paid from me so far but PolicyBazaar has not further paid to BhartiAXA.
