Policy Bazaar — policy bazaar is fraud... call me to confirm - [protected]

My policy - [protected]
Plan name: bharti axa life flexi term

Continuing with my ongoing issue with policy bazaar, i have received notification from bhartiaxa that my policy is being lapsed because my two months' premium has not been paid however policy bazaar has charged me all the premiums before due date already.

Please do not buy any policy from policy bazaar. They are absolutely fraud company. They will take money from you but will not pay further to insurer.

You might not believe me. Call me before associating with policy bazaar. I will show you the emails which i have sent to them but they don't care. You can check my credit card statement also which clearly shows that policy bazaar has charged all the premiums from me however they just keep the money with them. They are really cheaters, fraud and robbing our hard earned money.

I believe that they will not settle my account until i complain against them with police and consumer court with all the proofs i have.

I am also attaching the snapshot of email i have received from bhartiaxa that my premium is not yet paid which is resulting in policy lapse.

Hi,

I received a call from Policy Bazaar 5 minutes before and they asked me my credit card details. I told them credit card number but they further asked other details about my credit card so I denied. On the top of it the executive argued with me really rudely and in an insulting manner. He called me "Gadha". Policy Bazaar has charged 4 premiums from my credit card already but paid only 1 premium to BhartiAXA. My term plan bought from BhartiAXA through is being lapsed and this is how they are treating their customer. That person also threatened me to zero out my account and close it for good.

I had received an assurance call from policy bazaar executive - Pawan Sharma, emp id - BPW04795 on 31st Aug'17 saying that my account will be settled by 5th Sept'17 but now my policy is lapsed. These people are not listening at all now. I am going to raise the concern to the consumer redressal department now.

I am really frustrated with this company. They are trully fraud company and their employees are so wild and do not sound like humans. Really shocking things I am getting to know about a company like this.
