Max Bupa health insurance -[protected].
Just a warning to everyone. Don't buys your policy from Policy Bazaar. They are fraudulent agents and Will manipulate you taking the policy with multiple hidden clauses. They will just make you pay you the amount and then will never respond. I got cheated of 58k by policy bazaar.
Took parents health insurance for the very first time. And suddenly after 1.5 years got from Max Bupa that insurance is cancelled, citing my mother weight in some other policy. No other policy exist and this is the only policy taken. Also they don't bother to explain where they are getting the data from. Just cancelling the policy. I asked for refund that is also marked not applicable mentioning some clause. If some medical reason was case they should not have released the policy at the very first go, taking premium for 2 years and then cancelling is complete fraud. And policy bazaar just turned blind as it was its fault.
I followed up for months still they just directly close the query. Avoid taking policy from Policy Bazaar or even Niva Bupa all are fraud . Was this information helpful? |
