Ref. To my several conversations on the matter with vishal dixit (Employee no. Pw04828) & others alongwith the written mail sent on 18.02.2018, i had paid rs.20000/- based on the assurance given by policybazaar that this application can be cancelled with full amount refund.

In this regard, i am requesting you to refund my entire money paid to you i. E. Rs.20000/- on 17.02.2018 at your earliest.
