Policy Bazaar — policy lapsed due to negligence on part of pb

I had purchased this policy from pb after lot of follow-ups and insistence from the sales representative. As soon as the policy was issued the agent disappeared and refused to answer any calls from my number. Moreover they missed out to update the auto-pay account number to hdfc which has now led my application to lapse. And if i wish to revive the application, i need to pay a revival fee. I have been continuously trying to call/ email pb but am being ignored. Please look into this matter at a priority.
