Policy Bazaar — policy not issued even after 19 days of the payment

I had purchased a health insurance policy from below agent on 10th of feb 2020:

I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care but every time i call them they tell me to wait for another 3 days and i am not satisfied with their response neither have i received the policy even after 19 days of the payment!
There is no information shared via email of the reason for the delay.
Very poor customer service.
