Policy Bazaar — policy not issued even after 24 days of payment. customer care giving false assurances | |||
This is my second complaint via email with regards to the above matter. Had purchased a Health Insurance Policy from PolicyBazaar Dated: 10-Feb-2020, Booking ID:[protected] After multiple calls to customer care all I get is assurance that says ''Sir kindly be patient, the policy will be issued in another 2-3 days'' but it has been more than 3 weeks now and there is no soft copy of policy issued. My concern is that in case of an unfortunate event if I wish to make claims during this period, I will have to pay all the expenses from my pocket. On sharing this concern with the so called customer care I was assured that in such a case I can keep the Bills safe and will be reimbursed later, although there is no written proof if this in any email whatsoever! Very irresponsible attitude from the support team. I am very disappointed with this purchase! Was this information helpful? | |||
