Policy Bazaar — policybazaar not refunding money after policy cancellation | |||||
Hello! I booked star health insurance policy r/161130/01/2018/012638 on 11th nov 17 through policy bazar. I paid by creditcard to policy bazar. Next week i got a message from policy bazar that star heath is not issuing insurance to me due to health condition. They said my amount will be refund in same account from which i paid. But after so my call and complaint in policy bazar, my amount not refunded yet.in every call they said it will take 4-5 working days. Now after almost a month there is no hope. They are not updating any reason for which amount not receiving. My application id ref no:54878104 and my registered mobile number with policy bazar is [protected]. So i request you please help me!
