Policy Bazaar — Re: escalation on sales mal practices, immorality & intigrity causing harassment, insurance loss & financial loss

This is to shed light on the unethical & immoral sales practice being followed & I was deceived into the same causing monetary & intangible loss to myself & family.

Below is the summary.
1. My registered number is [protected]
2. Mr. Rahul Drall reached out to me on my Porting query on 12th Oct.2020 for policy expiring on 8th Nov.2020
3. I clearly explained my requirement on porting & other PEDs
4. On 13th Oct., I queried for clarification & mail ID for official confirmation on trail mail on his verabal confirmation. With severe delay at his end on responses, it’s still pending since 32 days now.
5. Meanwhile he deceived me to give a new number probably to earn his incentives so that my case is not going to other hands. I gave him my number [protected]with clear instruction that I do not want this to be my primary point of contact. I have existing Policy bazaar account with [protected] with running policies + policies to be ported. I wanted the same account to be used to link Policy Bazaar policy + communications + e insurance account + Insurance Service Provided records. He assured me of same.
6. Now on 2nd Nov, I was asked to go with GoDigit + Max Bupa Restore policy. Later around 5th Nov I received confirmation from Policy bazaar that these 2 Service provided doesn’t entertain porting thus policy is to be rejected. Now 8th Nov being expiry date is near.
7. All calls are coming to [protected] which was not my number thus I was unable to attend Doctors & Policy bazaar calls. I queries this to Rahul on daily basis with false commitments in return.
8. Now he went with Star Policy & Care policy.
9. While filling the proposal form, he asked me to give incorrect declaration in term of weight as higher weight was not allowing the policy to proceed. He made me believe that this is just a formality & proper doctor call will require correct declaration. Post making payment after 2 days I was asked to fill porting form. Again a delay here to my dismay.
10. Now on 13th post expiry of policy to be ported policy got rejected due to higher weight & I learned that he misguided me to earn his incentives again.
11. No all my calls to him is not being attended.
12. Also most of his calls were from his personal number + whatsapp from same
13. Now my mother is without any policy till date with past policy expired/lapsed.
