[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — re: zero response rate and very worst services. | |||
Through policy bazar, i have booked a health insurance of cigna ttk of worth around 28k plus which made in last november and unfortunately cause of some circumstances, i have decided to pull out myself with the same insurance and i have requested them to cancel and for refund. Which took almost 3 months to them for processing. Wherever while for making follow-ups with the customer support, no body showed intrest for the same and everytime i was ending up with blah blah excuses. Where after three months, once i completed my refund and everything, i asked service support to mail to my bank hdfc, so that they stop cutting down my emi which is still going on 28k/month. & still i am troubling for getting followups and support from policy bazar. To be very blunt, i have never seen this type of bizaar service from any insurance supportive company. I really made my wrong decision to come up with policy bazar and troubled myself. They are just making false promises with public over their service and ruining the indian insurance market. I really had bad experience with policy bazar and thinking to come up with some legal options. Its really pathetic dealing with these services. Was this information helpful? | |||
