Policy Bazaar — refund against cancellation of booked term policy without proposal form

Dear sir/madam,
I have booked policy through your portal after paying rs.3385/- online as first installment for the term plan policy of tata aia including a rider of future india.
While filling the proposal form i came to know that i wont able to be comfortable with the terms and conditions for the above booked term policy and submitted my cancel request by sending email. As more than 15 days has already been gone, i have not got any of information regarding my refund.
I afraid by your delay in refunding my amount, how can i assured that you will help my family after me in getting the claims if any misshap... Happended
Please look into the matter and show a good gestures by arranging my refund at the earliest.
