[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — refund for a cancellation - not done | |||
Opted to go with policy bazaar for a policy port to max bupa. Had informed them that there are pre-existing conditions and they told me that its not a problem. And then after a few days of me making the payment policy bazaar reps told me as that it's not possible to port to max bupa with existing medical conditions. So, i asked them to give the refund, they told me for that they will have to do some sort of investigation to check if what i am saying is true, after a week or so of that, they told me a refund date of 15/01/19 first and then changed it to 19/01/2018. Guess what no refunds yes. Called them on the number they gave multiple times. The reps that picked the phone said they are from the renewal team and that they have informed the refunds teams regarding the same and that i will get a callback from the refunds team within 15 mins. But never got any call from there side. Just today i have made 4 calls. Same result every time. Was this information helpful? | |||
